What is happiness in life? Does it even make a difference in our lives? Well, it can have a huge impact on the way we live our lives.
Happiness is a feeling of pleasure and positivity. When someone feels relieved good, proud, excited are satisfied with something, that person is said to be “happy”. Feeling happy may help people to relax and to smile.
Happiness is the “secret sauce “ that can help us to be and do our best. Happiness while not a permanent state, but is more stable than pleasure. Happiness sticks around longer than a few moments at a time, whereas pleasure can come and go in seconds. Happiness can enhance or deeper feeling of pleasure.
Happiness is a state with feeling pleasure, or contentment meaning that happiness is not to be confused with joy, bless or other more intense feelings. happiness and joy are both emotions but both these feelings may differ from each other. We can understand it by a simple example:
A person eats a good meal at a restaurant and likes it, he’s happy about it, but he will forget about it later. but when one makes that meal themselves for the first time and likes it, then it is joyous. this feeling will be remembered by that person for a long time so happiness is temporarily based on outward circumstances it can be experienced from any good activity, food, or company while joy is serving others something through sacrifice with no personal gain it is lasting, based on inward circumstances, inward peace, and contentment.
Happiness is a choice. it is not necessarily internal or external, but it can be both.
Someone who works with the poor, the sick may experience negative emotions but may also feel satisfied with life because the work is worthwhile. in the same way people who spend lots of time engaging in pleasures may experience frequent momentary positive emotions, but they may also feel that life is empty and meaningless. so it is very important to be happy.
Now the question comes where do you find happiness?
